Tomorrow morning I set off on my next horsey adventure - Uruguay! For 9 days we will be trotting and cantering through the gorgeous scenery. Dolphins feeding in the beautiful bays, black-necked swans gliding across the lagoons, chattering parrots flying over, capybaras wading in the reeds - these are all things you can expect to find on a typical week in this paradise. Incredibly friendly locals and skilled gauchos may accompany us and talk of their unique lives and their traditions." Sounds like a blast!

I think maybe someone is a little OCD with their luggage? Everything is neatly organized in separate bags and compartments. I had to cut her off with the label maker ;) Haha just kidding, but I know my luggage has never been this organized!
